frequently asked
questions
What are the benefits of partnering with us?
What do you mean by “back office” or “support” services?
Back office/support services are the backbone of any organisation. These services need to be carried out efficiently to ensure the success of the business and include data entry, data extraction, record management, accounts processing, compliance, payroll processing and in our case can extend to higher-end services such as BAS and Taxation, Human Resource support, data analytics and CFO solutions.
Is partnering with us more expensive than hiring an employee to work in your organisation?
No! In fact, partnering is often cheaper and you receive skilled expertise. When people weigh up the cost of an employee on staff, they forget to include all of the on-costs such as SGC, annual leave, personal leave, payroll tax, work cover and insurances. Not to mention the cost of workspace, plant and equipment and the time it takes to recruit, induct and train new employees.
Are we locked into a long-term contract?
No, we work on providing a quality service for as long as you require. All we ask is for 30 days’ notice to terminate the arrangement.
How does the billing work?
The billing depends on the client’s requirements. For some clients, we have a fixed monthly fee or value pricing, while others prefer hourly rates for the time worked.
What size organisations do you work with?
We have experience working with everything from one-person operations through to organisations with over 150 staff and turnover up to $30m – all with varying degrees of complexity.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
We work with a cross-section of organisations from a variety of industries including, but not limited to, retail, hospitality, transport, IT, marketing and not for profit.
Where do you work?
We are based in Ardross, WA, but we have clients throughout Australia. We capitalise on digitisation and automation which allows us to work remotely, removing the requirement for us to sit in your office. However, we still value regular catch-ups with our clients!
What is digitalisation and why is this important?
Digitalisation is about building a new way of working by capitalising on digital technologies and minimising low value transactions through automated processes. This frees up resources that can be better utilised for faster decision making, improved service delivery, business analytics and optimising overall performance.
